WHAT IS SKILLS INVITE?

Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia has introduced Skills Malaysia INVITE Programme to the international student which is an International Technical Education and Vocational Training Programme to upgrade and build their technical skills.

Below mentioned is an example of one of the fields;
Field Hospitality (Specialty in one of below)
Area of Job INDUSTRY PLACEMENT

• Hotel Operations (Hotel)
• Food & Beverage (Hotel & Restaurant)
• Culinary (Hotel & Restaurant)

Duration of Course

12 Months (with an option for another year)

Classroom Training (3 Months )

The first three months involves intensive English and skills training at the Training Center. Classes will be held 5 days a week, with minimum 25 contact hours a week.

Internship (9 Months)

Skills Training involves training 8 hours a day for 6 days a week (26 days in a month).

Skill Training Allowances

• Monthly Allowance = RM 700/-
• Total Monthly Allowance with Additional training hours = RM 1090/-
